Served in the most amorous of settings, SEEN’s Valentine’s Day set menu opens with translucent red snapper ceviche with lime caviar, avocado cream and red tiger milk, followed by crunchy giant tiger prawn tempura with chardonnay espuma and citrus gel. The main course – a choice between spicy wagyu tenderloin and Hokkaido scallops with crispy quinoa – is guaranteed to set hearts aflutter. Designed to be shared, the exquisite rose-coconut heart-shaped dessert is a mouthwatering combination of calamansi-almond biscuit and pineapple compote.
For the same price, guests can opt for a vegan menu featuring such delights as black truffle salad, roasted Jerusalem artichoke tart, rich risotto with cashew cream, and eggless
champagne mousse with pineapple-mint caviar to share.
The classic package is priced at THB 10,900++ per couple including a bottle of Chandon Rosé; the premium package is THB 14,900++ with a bottle of Nicolas Feuillatte, Exclusive Reserve Brut, Chouilly Champagne; and the VIP package is priced at THB 32,900++ with a bottle of Dom Perignon, Brut, Épernay.
