ManpowerGroup Thailand’s Manpower Talent Academy Opens Rare Opportunity for Honing Recruitment Skills in Thailand A move to develop new recruiters to strengthen HR Industry

ManpowerGroup is granting a rare opportunity for those who want to be honed as a top-notch recruiter.

The firm’s Bangkok-based unit, ManpowerGroup Thailand, is accepting applications to join its Manpower Talent Academy (MTA).

Instructors from the academy, drawn from ManpowerGroup units, will share their prowess and insightfulness in recruiting trainees exclusively.

Lilly Ngamtrakulpanit, Country Manager of ManpowerGroup Thailand, said the launch of the MTA program for the first time in the country represents an important step to develop new recruitment professionals and strengthen the human resources industry.

“That is the reason why we have embarked on the MTA program to develop professionals who can find the right workforce for an organization.”

The MTA comes under Talent Solutions, affiliate of ManpowerGroup which provides comprehensive recruitment services and creates enormous value for candidates and organizations from all over the world.

In Thailand, ManpowerGroup has been supplying workforce to leading companies and organizations for more than two decades.

The MTA program is scheduled to take place between February – April 2023.

It is open for holders of bachelor’s degree with or without working experience, those who want to change career paths, and people who wish to learn and experience real ways of locating the right person for the right job as well as providing jobs to suit people.

Experts from all departments of ManpowerGroup will be on hand to pass on their wealth of knowledge through a special curriculum that has been designed in a ‘succinct, concise and easy-to-understand’ manner.

Encompassing the curriculum are skills in professional recruitment, persuasive interviews and negotiations — considered an important soft skill and very necessary for working in this era.

In addition, throughout the period of participation in the program, those who have been chosen will be able to try out the real work and receive employee welfare compensation starting from 12,000 baht++, together with a commission if they are able to close job orders.

Upon finishing the training and passing the criteria specified by the company, trainees will be considered for permanent employment immediately without a probationary period.

The applicant must have the following qualifications:

– Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in the subjects of Arts, Psychology, Tourism and Hospitality, English, Business Administration and other related fields

– Ability to communicate in English (with minimum TOEIC scores of 600)

– Motivated to work, eager to learn, able to adapt well and having good work ethics
