Meliá Koh Samui’s Monthly Sunday Brunch on 6 February 2022

Staged once a month, Meliá Koh Samui’s Sunday Brunch has become a hugely popular affair with the locals and expats alike on Koh Samui island.

Drawing upon the resort’s warm and sunny Spanish hospitality and famed gastronomy, the brunch affair’s menu brims with all sorts of indulgent options at a series of stations.

The ‘Raw Bar’ dishes including imported fresh French Fine de Claire oysters, poached Koh Samui tiger prawns, blue crab and steamed Surat Thani mussels. Burgers and foie gras from our Josper Oven’, ‘Japanese’, ‘Artisan Pasta’ and Carving Stions serve roasted Australian beef, braised lamb shoulder with mushroom risotto and salt crusted whole sea bass.

‘Italian corner’ stations serve the black truffle ravioli with brown butter, spaghetti puttanesca with anchovy and capers, penne with pesto cream and more. Try our ‘charcuterie board’ and don’t miss the Spanish menu including seafood paella, spicy potato with aioli, pulpo a la gallega, pintxos gilda and more.

In addition to a ‘Wellbeing by Melia’ section with healthy dishes such as quinoa salad with beetroot, broccoli and pumpkin, the extensive brunch menu is rounded out with vast selections of imported cheeses and various desserts.

The monthly Sunday Brunch in February is schedule on 6 February 2022 from 12pm – 4pm at The Breeza Beach Restaurant & Bar, the Sunday Brunch is priced from THB 1,890++ per adult, THB 945++ per child (aged 5 -12 years old), and THB 3,990++ per adult inclusive of selected free-flow wine, beers, crafted cocktails, house pouring spirits, juices, mocktails, and soft drinks.

Adjacent to the resort’s two-level infinity pool with sunken seating areas, The Breeza Beach Restaurant & Bar’s outdoor terrace overlooks secluded Choeng Mon Beach, making for the perfect spot to while away the day.
