Mia introduces new menus for festive season

This festive season, Mia is presenting a comforting Christmas menu as well as a host of festive season specials.

From 3 December, Chef Top Russell and Pastry Chef Michelle Goh will present a new festive season a la carte menu which can be enjoyed alongside Mia’s regular menu. Reflecting traditional European festive season foods and the best of European winter produce, the temporary menu features Pan-seared foie gras with spiced apple purée, gingerbread crumple and port reduction, as well as Lobster roll served in a house-made brioche with caviar and pickles.

Other highlights include Guinea fowl served with parsnip purée, roasted chestnut, cranberry gel and pancetta, and Pan-seared venison fillet with pumpkin, braised red cabbage and black currant. Vegetarians will find a rich Butternut risotto with candied pumpkin seeds, cheddar and black truffle.

Diners should save room for special festive season desserts, including Baked black forest Alaska and a traditional French Bûche de Noël.

The festive season a la carte specials are available throughout December except on 24, 25 and 31 December.

For Christmas, Mia is presenting a special set menu with highlights from the festive season a la carte menu as well as traditional European Christmas foods. Stand-out dishes include Pan-seared scallop with winter roots purée, black pudding, crispy potato and black truffle as well as a Christmas favourite: Roasted turkey with parsnip purée, chestnuts, cranberry gel and pancetta.

The Christmas set menu is priced at THB2,250 ++ per person for minimum two persons. The set is served on 24 December from 6pm until late, and on 25 December from 12-6pm as Mia opens for lunch for the first time.
