In March, Le Petit Chef introduces five fabulous new menus to enjoy in the sophisticated setting of a private dining room; Le Petit Chef, Le Grande Chef, Le Luxury Chef and Le Vegetarian Chef. To ensure a delightful dining experience for the whole family, Le Petit Chef also offers Le Junior Chef menu for under 12s.
During your private dinner, a 58mm animated chef is projected onto your plate and proceeds to ‘cook’ food in front of you.
Highlights on the new menus include an appetizer of buffalo milk mozzarella with heirloom cherry tomatoes and arugula leaves, a fabulous fusion tom yam bouillabaisse, and mains dishes of half a Boston lobster gratinated with Mornay sauce, and roasted duck breast with oven roast potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, French beans, pine nuts and massaman sauce. Le Luxury Chef menu is also enhanced with decadent ingredients such as Sturia caviar and foie gras. The special vegetarian menu features dishes such as butternut squash soup with croutons, slow roast artichoke with Jerusalem artichoke foam, and Savoy cabbage with potatoes and leeks. Le Junior Chef menu includes fried rice with pineapple prawns and roasted free range chicken breast. Diners will also enjoy a tempting dessert of rice pudding brûlée with saffron and cardamom.
From March 1, the choice of delicious new menus includes Le Petit Chef at THB 3,200++, Le Grande Chef at THB 3,800 ++, Le Luxury Chef at THB 4,500 ++, Le Vegetarian Chef at THB 3,200++, and Le Junior Chef at THB 1,900++. Optional extras include THB 1,699++ for wine and sparkling wine pairings, and THB 2,699++ for wine and Champagne pairings.
Le Petit Chef shows are daily:
- Monday – Friday: 18:30 – 20:00 hrs and 20:30 hrs till late
- Saturday – Sunday: 18:00 – 19:30 hrs and 20:00 hrs till late
- The Sunday Jazzy Brunch: 12:30 hrs onwards
