Oceania Cruises Appoints Jason Worth As Asia-Pacific Vice President Sales & General Manager

Oceania Cruises, the world’s leading culinary and destination-focused cruise line, has appointed Jason Worth as Vice President Sales & General Manager Asia Pacific.

He is responsible for the strategic expansion, vision and continued growth of the company’s presence in the fast-growing Asia-Pacific market.

Jason joined Oceania Cruises in 2011 and was most recently Vice President Sales Australia & New Zealand, a position which he has held for over three years.

Formerly, Jason also held the role of Vice President Finance & Accounting Asia Pacific at parent company, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, with roles in finance, treasury and investor relations at its predecessor, Prestige Cruise Holdings.

“I have a personal affinity to Oceania Cruises, having cruised many times on our fleet of small, luxurious ships, and look forward to leading this storied brand in the Asia Pacific region,” he said.

“I look forward to working closely with our partners across Asia Pacific to evolve, innovate and deliver our best-in-class product with The Finest Cuisine at Sea® and destination-rich itineraries to our loyal guests.”

With an MS Accounting and MBA from Northeastern University and BA from the University of Miami, he is a certified public accountant who began his career in KPMG’s financial due diligence group and PwC’s audit and tax groups.

Since 2016 he has been an active member of the CLIA Australasia Advocacy Committee.

Over the coming months, Jason will be visiting major travel partners throughout Asia to continue to strengthen relationships and support key travel agency businesses in the region.
