On Wednesday 7th of December 2022, the prestigious French born association of Chefs & Epicureans, Disciples Escoffier Thailand, is organizing d, on the banks of the Chaophraya River.
In the Presence of his Excellency The French Ambassador, the Charity dinner profits will help to support the Hospitality & Catering Training Center of Mae Sot (Hospitality And Catering Training Center HCTC – Management Office), a school that our association is accompanying by providing Chef training support, internship, scholarship & equipment support.
The sumptuous 7-course dinner (menu attached) will be prepared by Chefs members of the association, which includes Michelin Chefs, Celebrity Chefs such as Henk Savelberg, Thierry Drapeau, Herve Frerard & many more (Chef Kent Vatcharavee Visetpohchanatip Clement Hernandez Chef Alexandre Demard Frederic Hamann). The dinner has been elaborated by the Chefs paying respect to August Escoffier legacy & legendary recipes, using the finest products. The dinner will also include the opening cocktail, as well as wine, mineral water, tea & coffee.
For this evening, we have invited our friends from La Confrérie du Sabre d’Or – Thaïlande, they will perform a unique Champagne Saber ceremonial which is “the art of opening a champagne bottle with a saber” ; the tradition started in the late 1700s by French Emperor Napoléon.
We are inviting French Food & Champagne lovers to join this culinary event, in a unique atmosphere!

Group ticket: 8,800 THB net/person (for a table of 8 minimum)
Escoffier members ticket: 7,850 THB net/person (2 tickets per member maximum)
