Join us on Tuesday June 4 at BarSu for a special South American Wine & Dine evening. The dinner will include delectable dishes that highlight the diversity of cuisine from Argentina, Brazil and Chile to enjoy with a selection of Santa Helena wines from Chile’s Colchagua Valley.
Guests will be welcomed to BarSu with their choice of a sparkling cocktail or Nua Brut Vino Spumante. Special menu will include scallop ceviche with ginger and spicy coconut sauce and Brazilian esfihas accompanied by Santa Helena Sauvignon Blanc, Siglo d’ Oro. Diners will also enjoy moqueca de camaro fish stew and seabass with chimichurri sauce complemented by Santa Helena Chardonnay, Pioneer.
A highlight of the relaxed evening will be succulent grilled Argentina beef tenderloin with piri piri sauce paired with Santa Helena Varietal Merlot and Santa Helena Siglo d’ Oro, Cabernet Sauvignon. The South American Wine & Dine experience will end with a trio of sweet treats –bien me sabe cake, Serradura trifle with orange, and chocolate dulce de leche cake.
