Phuket Roadshow by Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Opens Doors for International Students to Excel in World-Class Culinary Arts and the Food Business

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School hosted a roadshow with the goal of promoting advanced culinary programmes and providing guidance and knowledge on culinary careers and the food business to students from 8 renowned international schools in Phuket. This initiative seeks to inspire students interested in pursuing a career in the food industry. The school established a booth to introduce its world-class culinary programmes and is also offering a special lecture titled ‘Culinary Career Discovery.’ This lecture provided valuable insights into the diverse career opportunities within the rapidly expanding global food industry, equipping students with the tools they need to embark on a promising journey in the culinary world.

Le Cordon Bleu Dusit organized a roadshow event and set up booths at 8 prominent international schools in Phuket, including UWC Thailand International School, British International School Phuket, Oak Meadow International School Phuket, Kajonkietsuksa School, Quality Schools International Phuket, Burda Claude International School Phuket, Lighthouse International School Phuket, and HeadStart International School. The initiative introduces students to 5 cooking programmes: Le Grand Diplôme, Diplôme de Cuisine, Diplôme de Pâtisserie, The Art of Bakery, and The Professional Thai Cuisine. These programmes include cooking demonstrations and hands-on practice in well-equipped kitchen laboratories, which are a hallmark of Le Cordon Bleu’s teaching approach. The booths and lectures held in various schools have generated substantial student interest in pursuing exciting and globally sought-after careers in the food industry.”
