Enjoy an unlimited a la carte, featuring over 70 items, cooked to order from live cooking stations and served fresh to your table. The menu also includes seafood options such as Tiger Prawns, River Prawns, Blue Crab, Mussels, Rock Lobsters and Clams. Also offered is butchery selections, including Dry-aged Prime Ribs and Australian Wagyu to choose from Striploin, Beef Frank, Ribeye and D-Rump. The locals’ favourites featured such as Yellow Crab Curry with Wild Betal Leaves, Stir-fried Prawns with chili and salt, Stir Fried Beef with Tree Basil Leaves and noodles.

The special menu include Sticky Rice with Phuket Lobster, Lychee Wood Peking Duck with Caviar and 96-hour Stewed Aged Fish Maw Soup.
