Quarantine-free travel with Thai Vietjet’s Bangkok/Phuket – Singapore from THB 449

Facilitating the tourism recovery between the two countries, Thai Vietjet recently was permitted by the Singapore Government and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) to operate Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) flight services from Bangkok to Singapore, commencing on April 28, 2022, and Phuket to Singapore, starting from June 2, 2022.

The permit granted to Thai Vietjet, allows the carrier’s passengers to travel to Singapore without quarantine.

In the beginning, the new international services Bangkok – Singapore will operate 3 flights a week every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, whereas, Phuket – Singapore will operate 2 flights a week every Thursday and Sunday, with the following flight schedule:

To celebrate the new international service, the airline launches a special promotion ‘New Route, New Experience’, offering special fares starting from THB 449 (not inclusive taxes, fees, surcharges, and add-on services) for traveling on Thai Vietjet’s new international service Bangkok – Singapore and Phuket – Singapore. The special promotion is available for booking from March 10 – 31, 2022, with the travel period between April 28 – June 30, 2022. Passengers can book Thai Vietjet air tickets for both domestic and international services at special rates at www.vietjetair.com, Vietjet Air mobile app, Facebook www.facebook.com/VietJetThailand (“Booking” section) and the airline’s global ticket agencies, etc.

The Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) was designated by the Singapore Government and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), allowing quarantine-free travel to Singapore via air if passengers meet VTL requirements. To enter Singapore quarantine-free under the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) arrangement, a negative RT-PCR test result within 72 hours before departure is required upon arrival (children aged below 6 are exempted).

In addition, together with the group network, Thai Vietjet has continually operated and anounced resumption of international flight services from Bangkok to Phnom Penh, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang, delivering great choices for travelers when entry regulations have been further relaxed.
