Crafted by our highly acclaimed Chef de Cuisine Luca Russo, the Figs and Prickly Pear Seasonal menu elegantly pairs the lush sweetness of figs with the exuberant tang of prickly pear to offer a gastronomic journey that captures the essence of this transformative season.

Menu Highlights This limited time offering includes dishes designed to bring out the distinct flavours and unique characteristics of these seasonal fruits:
