This month we invite you to join us on an exploration of innovative blue zone inspired cuisine by award winning Chef James Noble. Despite its name, IKIGAI is not a Japanese restaurant.
His new restaurant, IKIGAI, follows a philosophy of sustainability, happiness, and fulfillment. James focuses on balance, wellness and honesty of products from locally sourced organic ingredients. Dinner includes a set menu of canapés, a choice of 4 mains, and Dess Art.
