The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, is pleased to announce that Renato De Oliveira has been appointed the new General Manager for the luxury resort. The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands is the first property from The Ritz-Carlton brand, part of the Marriott International portfolio, to open in the Maldives.
With hospitality degrees from both Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and Swiss Hotel Association Management School – Les Roches, Mr. De Oliveira brings over 17 years of luxury hospitality experience to The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands. Not only does Mr. De Oliveira bring impeccable industry experience, but he has been with The Ritz-Carlton brand since 2004, having held leadership positions at Hotel Arts Barcelona, The Ritz-Carlton, Abama, The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong, The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago and The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore.
Returning to The Ritz-Carlton brand, Mr. De Oliveira will be departing from the St. Regis Kuala Lumpur to lead the Ladies and Gentlemen of the new The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands.
