Executive Pastry Chef Franck Istel and his team of sweets experts have once again created a celebration sweet treat to reflect Kempinski’s European heritage – savoir-faire, craftsmanship and dedication to please – with exciting new flavours and compelling new identities, called the ‘Champagne Strawberry’ and the ‘Pecan Chocolate’. Having a bite of these treats will tickle the palate of passionate teatime lovers as they pair perfectly with any tea or coffee to take a break in the day.
These two very distinguished flavours satisfy that ‘must try’ desire as the recipes are unique. The ‘Champagne Strawberry’ is a blend of Moët & Chandon champagne with strawberry compote. Doesn’t that sound apealing? The ‘Pecan Chocolate’ is a fusion of 70% French dark chocolate and roasted pecan nuts. A temptation not to be missed.
