Aficionados of Italian food will have their palates thrilled once again this season as the neighbourhood-inspired Osteria Salvia at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, brings a taste of Autumn in Italy to Bangkok, introducing new ‘Autunno Italiano’ dishes that showcase truly authentic and exotic flavours of the season.

True to its name, the newly-added menu of seasonal dishes, ‘Autunno Italiano’ at Salvia highlights only the best of the season as Chef Roberto Parentela welcomes and carefully sources the most luscious array of autumnal produce as the forests abound. Showcasing key ingredients like artichokes, golden chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, and the highly-admired black truffles, each featured dish, from starter to main, guarantees to delight your senses with the chef’s vibrant stories and original recipes reflecting his Piedmontese and Sardinian roots.

Some must-try dishes from the Autunno Italiano selection at Salvia include Carciofo alla Giudia; crispy artichoke and wild rocket lettuce salad with truffle honey dressing and shaved grana Padano cheese, and Zuppa di funghi porcini e legumi; porcini mushroom and potato soup with garlic crouton. Tagliatelle guanciale e finferli, or handmade tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms, smoked pancetta, and parsley, is also available for pasta lovers, while Filetto di maialino, a slow-cooked Kurobuta pork tenderloin served with butternut squash puree, foie gras agnolotti, and pork jus, makes a delectable main option that combines an abundance of autumn flavours in one creation.

Complimenting the Autunno Italiano specials is Salvia’s á la carte selection of single and shareable Italian dishes.
