Scrumptious Frédéric Hawecker Chocolate Pralines Delight at La Pâtisserie

Following the fantastic response to the visit of MOF Chef Frédéric Hawecker to The Okura Prestige Bangkok —when the renowned chocolatier demonstrated his considerable skills in the creation of a series of delightful confections—it gives us great pleasure to announce that our La Pâtisserie bakery outlet is offering six wonderful chocolate pralines based on Chef Frédéric’s recipes. The chocolates will be made in two types—using single-origin cocoas from well-known producing regions and cocoa combined with Japanese ingredients. The single-origin cocoas are Mekonga (70% cocoa) from Vietnam, Carupano (70% cocoa) from Venezuela, and Samana (62% cocoa) from the Dominican Republic. The pralines with extra ingredients will be created with 43% Tannea milk chocolate, yuzu and olive oil; Tannea milk chocolate with Suntory Kakubin whiskey and chestnuts; and Carupano (70% cocoa) with Osmanthus flower.

A native of the south of France, Chef Frédéric was awarded the prestigious Un des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF) title in 2011. The award denotes that the recipient is one of the best craftsmen in the country in his field and highly regarded by fellow professionals. Enjoy his delicious creations at La Patisserie until the end of May 2019.

Price starting from Baht 300 per box of 6 pieces. The Chef Frédéric Hawecker chocolate praline is available from 1 April – 31 May 2019.

La Pâtisserie is located on the ground floor, Park Ventures Ecoplex. Open Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. For more information, please contact 02 687 9000 or email lapatisserie@okurabangkok.com.
