Skål Chiang Mai’s Business Professionals’ Dinner this month takes us to the Tea Leaf Lab on Thursday, October 22, 6pm.
… we will visit one of he most undiscovered talented chefs in town, Chef Roman of the Tea Leaf Lab. With a long history working for Michelin 1-2 star restaurants in England, he prides himself on working at his own shop, allowing him the flexibility to create gourmet exquisite organic dishes with world class pastries. Roman has carefully crafted an intricate Skal menu for us to highlight his signature dessert surprise.
On the back of several great turnouts of business people, hot discussion topics, and presentations at our dinners and meetings this year, we really look forward to seeing you at this month’s event!
