Southeast Asian startup ZUZU Hospitality Solutions partners with global leader Revinate to help hotels manage their online reputation

ZUZU Hospitality Solutions (ZUZU), Southeast Asia’s leading hospitality management service, has officially partnered with Revinate, a global leader in reputation management software. This partnership will help independent hoteliers using ZUZU technology solutions to source and collate valuable guest feedback data at no additional charge. This now allows ZUZU to provide an all-in-one hotel operating system that delivers the key elements required to maximise revenue and reduce operational complexity for independent hoteliers.

Vikram Malhi, Co-founder of ZUZU Hospitality Solutions, said, “Our initial four-in-one solution of insights analytics platform, channel management, revenue management and property management delivered an average uplift of 30% in online revenue to our hoteliers. This new reputation management partnership allows us to provide a five-in-one solution that has always been out of reach of independent hoteliers, making it challenging to succeed and grow in this competitive environment. Together with Revinate, we can give them easy access to the data insights that are crucial for any hotel in the region.”

One of the key elements to increase revenue is to provide great guest experience, for which hotels need to monitor feedback data across all online channels. Typically, chain and large independent hotels buy reputation monitoring or management software to track guest feedback and collate the data. However, the new partnership will enable small and medium independent hotels across the Asia Pacific, to leverage ZUZU’s platform to get access to the rich data set provided by Revinate.

In Asia, there are still many hoteliers who don’t have the technology or resources to fully utilize the rich data platform we offer. ZUZU hotel partners will have access, through ZUZU’s all-in-one HMS (hotel management system), to guest reviews from all online channels. The system will also provide consolidated sentiment analysis and analytics of the guest reviews. This fully-integrated solution will allow the hotels to closely monitor the guest experience and take corrective actions where required.

With access to guest feedback coming in from multiple channels, hotels will be able to address specific concerns and thus provide better hospitality services on site. Guests will be able to enjoy a hassle-free stay at ZUZU partner hotels.
