A modern Chinese restaurant serving premium dim sum and Cantonese favourites in a slick indoor-outdoor setting, Spice & Barley at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort is inviting families and friends to usher in the Year of the Dragon with an abundant feast featuring auspicious foods, delectable dim sum and live cooking stations.
On 10–12 February, after tossing to prosperity with a complimentary Yee Sang salad, families and friends can enjoy unlimited trips to live cooking stations where chefs will be plating up steaming plates of Hainanese chicken rice, wok-tossed Shanghai seafood, Cantonese goose feet claypot, fish maw and abalone soup, and other festive favourites. Meanwhile, the Chinese BBQ station will keep everyone happy with generous servings of roasted honey pork ribs, Peking duck and crispy chashu pork, plus a selection of Spice & Barley’s signature sweets for dessert lovers.
In addition to the live cooking stations, guests will be served a full range of Spice & Barley’s classic and premium dim sum, including salted egg lava buns, collagen-rich chicken feet, fluffy snow bao, steamed pork ribs, as well as abalone, wagyu and lobster dumplings, shrimp-wrapped glass noodles, fried shrimp with truffle, and more.
Non-Stop Dim Sum, Chinese New Year Edition, will take place on 10-12 February from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm (the lion dance is on 10 February only). THB 1,699 net per person includes unlimited dim sum, a selection of lucky dishes from the special menu, one Yee Sang salad per table, free-flow Chinese tea and water.
