In the evening of Saturday, August 17, 2019, Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin looking forward to having the pleasure of discerning diners and wine lovers to welcome the arrival of Splendour – The Crown of Wines to Thailand. The splendid evening of Splendour Wine Dinner features a five-course wine-pairing dinner with culinary creations of Executive Chef Steffen Hoffer that reflect Australian cuisine with a modern flair.
Accompanied by of some of the best wines from Australia’s most recognized regions, Langhorne Creek; the highlight dishes include Scallop and saffron dumplings in seafood consommé, and Australian beef tenderloin and butter-poached lobster served with Champagne Sabayon and truffled crushed potatoes.Completing the meal for the last course is a refreshing dessert, coconut panna cotta with mango and passion fruit coulis, paired with a glass of sparkling Rose for even greater flavour combinations.
As an added incentive, Centara Grand Hua Hin will also welcome Thanit Jiankiat of famed vineyard Splendour pouring his wines on the night for even more enjoyable pairings.
