dinner menu.Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin Head Chef Chayawee Suthcharitchan, in collaboration with Chef Henrik Yde-Andersen of Copenhagen’s famous Kiin Kiin restaurant, has unveiled the restaurant’s latest dining secrets as part of a new set dinner menu that is based upon the elements and flavours of the cooler climate in the winter months.

Winter Journey, comprising eight tantalising courses, begins with Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin’s famous “street food” nibbles, such as soya meringue, moon food, chicken satay, Chiang Mai sausage, green curry and crab salad cornetto and selections of leaves of Thailand.

The captivating set dinner features smoked salmon, bonito, wasabi cream, ponzu and cucumber; tom yum soup, prawn cracker, shrimp taco, lobster and tofu noodles; kra pao foie gras and chicken heart with basil hollandaise and crispy rice; and beef-graced sweet soya sauce, pickled kumquat and crispy beef baked rice.

“This amazing eight-course set dinner concludes perfectly with a truly mesmerising and enchanting dessert,” explained Chef Chayawee Suthcharitchan. “Lychee flambé with rose foam and grilled sweet corn, sticky rice, corn ice cream, and candyfloss poured with salted coconut soup with popcorn as my special surprise.”

The playful flavours and elements of the winter journey set menu are crafted and choreographed with care and precision to bring out the distinctive Thai flavours in each dish using daring combinations.
