For the main course, guests have a choice between a dual preparations of Canadian Lobster, or the equally exquisite Australian Wagyu Tenderloin, served two ways. From 6:00 PM to midnight, the sophisticated bar transforms into a haven of romance, where couples enjoy an exclusive package inclusive of fresh Fine De Claire Oysters, a Royal Oscietra caviar set, delectable chocolate cake, and a chilled bottle of bubbles of choice—Follador Prosecco or Bollinger Special Cuvée Champagne.
