The feast includes Executive Chef Gaetano Palumbo’sauthentic antipasti, crisp salads, and cold cuts such as chorizo, Parma ham, prosciutto and salami. A beautiful selection of seafood on ice includes imported freshly shucked oysters and plump mussels, king prawns, rock lobster, and snow crab.
