SWISS Airlines to Maintain DC Flights Through Winter

SWISS will be offering its customers a wide range of destinations and flights in its 2024/25 winter schedules, too. In addition to its existing winter routes, SWISS will continue many of its newly-introduced 2024 summer services in the coming winter timetable period. The recent new services from Zurich to Washington DC, London Gatwick, Cluj-Napoca and Košice and from Geneva to Oslo will all continue this winter. SWISS will also be increasing the flight frequencies on its Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami and Shanghai long-haul routes in the coming winter period.

Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) continues to develop its route network, and will be offering its customers a further wide range of attractive travel destinations in its coming winter schedules.

SWISS will continue to serve a number of destinations this winter which were newly added to its route network in the present summer schedules. On its long-haul network these include the US capital of Washington, DC, which will receive five weekly SWISS flights this winter. On the short-haul front, SWISS will operate daily to London Gatwick and thrice-weekly to both Cluj-Napoca (Romania) and Košice (Slovakia) in the coming winter schedules.

SWISS will also be raising its flight frequencies this winter on selected intercontinental routes. Its services between Zurich and the Californian cities of Los Angeles and San Francisco will each be increased to daily operations, while twice-daily service will be offered on the Zurich-Miami route. SWISS will also be providing daily service between Zurich and Shanghai in the coming winter timetable period.

Non-stop Geneva-Oslo to continue

SWISS customers travelling from Geneva will continue to enjoy non-stop service to and from Norway’s capital of Oslo this winter. The Geneva-Oslo route was added to the SWISS network this summer, and will be operated with six weekly frequencies in the coming winter schedules. Geneva-based SWISS customers will also be offered a wider choice of services this winter to Copenhagen (increased to five weekly frequencies) and to Valencia and Malaga (each increased to three weekly flights).
