Thai AirAsia X’s popular flights to Japan are back Suvarnabhumi-Narita marks full readiness to service more routes to Japan

Thai AirAsia X (XJ) has resumed its flights between Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) and Tokyo (Narita), much to the delight of tourists and travelers in both countries.

The route reinstatement has been highly anticipated and was warmly received by travelers in tour groups in accordance with the Government of Japan policy on the entry of international travelers.

A special ceremony was jointly held by Thai AirAsia X and Suvarnabhumi Airport today to welcome 126 guests on flight XJ601 from Tokyo (Narita).

Mr. Patima Jeerapaet, CEO of Thai AirAsia X said, “Thai AirAsia X is very thrilled to have resumed flight services to and from Japan, offering two flights per week between Suvarnabhumi and Narita this July, with plans to increase frequency to four flights a week in August and September, and daily by October. We would like to applaud the Japanese government’s decision to welcome more tourists and travelers.”

Thai AirAsia X plans to fly direct from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) to Osaka and Sapporo by October 2022, providing best value deals to cater to the pent up demand for air travel regionally, under stringent health measures.
