THAI Holds 44th System-wide Airport Services Managers Meeting 2019

Mr. Sumeth Damrongchaitham (fourth from left), President, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), presided over the 44th System-wide Airport Services Managers Meeting 2019, Mr. Wiwat Piyawiroj (third from left), THAI Acting Executive Vice President, Aviation Business Unit, Mrs. Manusnunt Sitthijirasin (fifth from left), Managing Director, Ground Customer Services Department and Ground Customer Services Staff, attended the meeting at THAI’s Operations Center (OPC), Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

THAI holds a system-wide airport services managers meeting annually in order to provide THAI new business strategies and policies to all airport managers by exchanging ideas and problems solving. The meeting objectives are to improve the quality of service and to increase passenger satisfaction by adjusting process of thinking for modern management in order to drive the company reaching goals in this high competitive business environment.
