THAI Catering, the inflight catering unit under Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) and international food manufacturer, launched new products and participated in THAIFEX World of Food Asia 2019. Mr. Sumeth Damrongchaitham, THAI President, presided over the opening of THAI Catering’s booth at THAIFEX World of Food Asia 2019, Booth Z-25, Hall 8, Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani.
Mrs. Varangkana Luerojvong, THAI Managing Director, Catering, said that THAI Catering as an international food manufacturer participated in THAIFEX World of Food Asia 2019 between 28 May and 1 June 2019 to exhibit its on-ground business potential. THAI Catering produces inflight meals for THAI and over 60 customer airlines as well as on-ground businesses, such as: Puff and Pie Bakery, catering and snack box services, frozen food and bakery production for domestic and international distribution, meal production for passenger lounges, restaurants, and hospitals. At THAIFEX World of Food Asia 2019, newly improved “Eurng Luang Curry Sauce” with Thai SELECT certification of Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce was launched in Panaeng, Green Curry, Red Curry, and Masaman flavors. Krapao and Pad Thai sauces were also launched and “Royal Orchid Gourmet” frozen food was introduced. Royal Orchid Gourmet frozen food includes beef and chicken Masaman Rice, Green Curry Rice, Red Curry Rice, Panaeng Rice, and Krapao Rice with fried egg. Royal Orchid Gourmet and Eurng Luang Curry Sauce target international markets with future expansion planned in Europe and Asia.
