Ms. Malu Duenas (first from left), District Sales Manager, Philippines, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), and Ms. Donnette Sison (third from left), THAI Ticketing and Reservations Manager, presented two roundtrip economy class tickets to Dr. Lyra Blanco(center), winner of the lucky draw. The winner was randomly selected from participating passengers who traveled with THAI throughout 2018 and completed the e-THAI Customer Satisfaction Survey (e-TCSS).
The e-THAI customer satisfaction survey has been conducted on a continual basis since 1997. Survey results are used towards product and service development, as well as serving customer needs.
