Thai Vietjet is thrilled to announce the launch of its common-use Self Check-In (CUSS) service and Self-Baggage Drop (CUBD) facilities at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Hat Yai International Airport (HDY), effective May 15, 2024, aiming to significantly enhance passengers experience by reducing queue time and offering greater convenience.
Passengers traveling on domestic and international routes (excluding China) may use the CUSS and CUBD services from 6 hours up to 1 hour before departure. The new service will streamline the check-in and baggage drop processes, providing travelers with more convenience throughout their journey.
However, it is important to note that international routes are accessible only to passengers with visa exemptions or those who are nationals of the destination country. Additionally, passengers with specific service requirements are advised to contact the check-in counter for personalized assistance, as these services will not be available via Self Check-In.
To ensure compliance with airline regulations, passengers are requested to present themselves at the boarding gate well in advance to verify travel documents.
