In order to provide further convenience and travel confidence to passengers to travel with the highest level of safety during the pandemic, today Thai Vietjet, in cooperation with MSIG Insurance, launch its new travel insurance product with coverage of COVID-19 – ‘TRIP EASY PLUS’ at SkyFUN.vietjetair.com.
The newly launched TRIP EASY PLUS Travel Insurance is offered to passengers traveling on the airline’s whole domestic flight network with 24 hours coverage, including sum insured up to THB1,000,000 for the accidental medical expense and evacuation coverage, loss or damage to baggage and flight delay coverage, coverage throughout the trip with the round-trip plan, and most importantly, medical treatment expense from COVID-19 infections. The coverage of COVID-19 will cover 30 days from the travel date with terms and conditions applied. Apart from the TRIP EASY PLUS, the airline and MSIG are also offering other packages of insurances, including Cancer Fix Insurance (sum insured up to THB500,000) and Seasonal Disease Insurance (daily compensation while being hospitalized up to 30 days and medical expenses when treated for Seasonal Diseases as an in-patient and out-patient).
