Thai Vietjet, as the official transportation sponsor of Miss Grand Thailand 2022, accompanied Miss Grand Thailand 2022 contestants on Thai Vietjet flight VZ210 from Suvarnabhumi to Khon Kaen to participate in the activities in Khon Kaen, with the warm welcome from former provincial Miss Grand titleholders from Thai Vietjet.
“We are thrilled to host and accompany the gorgeous Miss Grand Thailand 2022 contestants on Thai Vietjet flight,” said Mr. Pinyot Pibulsonggram, Director of Commercial, Thai Vietjet. “This year marks the 10th anniversary of the competition. We are honored to accompany Miss Grand Organization as they celebrate another milestone in the Thai pageant history.”
This year’s swimsuit, which will be worn by the contestants during the competition, will be inspired by Thai Vietjet, highlighting the two organizations’ long-standing partnership.
Thai Vietjet has been cooperating with Miss Grand Organization to provide air transportation sponsorship to the contestants since 2018. Apart from Miss Grand Thailand, in 2021, the airline provided sponsorship to Miss Grand International, accompanying beauty contestants from all over the world to explore many destinations in Thailand, also cooperated with Vietjet Group to accompany and supported Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, the reigning Miss Grand International from Vietnam, from the early stages of her journey to becoming Miss Grand International 2021’s winner.
Many members of Thai Vietjet’s big family have participated in the pageant contests and been crowned Miss Grand in Thailand, including Miss Kantida Lungjareon – Miss Grand Phrae 2016, Top 10 Miss Grand Thailand 2016, Miss Nicharee Boonsiri – Miss Grand Sakon Nakhon 2017, Miss Unchaya Petchamanee – Miss Grand Songkhla 2020 to name a few. They are all active members who participate in community-oriented and environmental protection activities in the Thai Vietjet family.
Miss Grand Thailand is a Thai beauty pageant that has been held annually since 2013 to select the country representatives to compete in various international pageants including its sister pageant, Miss Grand International. This year, the preliminary competition will be held in Khon Kaen and the grand final coronation night will be held in Bangkok on April 30, 2022.
