The Coffee Club Thailand, a subsidiary of The Minor Food Group Pcl., has won the Silver Award in Brand Experience & Communication category from Marketing Award of Thailand 2023 (MAT Award 2023). The award recognizes organizations that have excelled in building brand value through experiences and communications that contribute to business growth and reinforce brand loyalty. The Coffee Club won the award for its “Business Turn Around, Paving The Path to Success” campaign, which focused on implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to alleviate the brand’s overall business performance. These initiatives led to a successful turnaround of The Coffee Club’s business after the COVID-19 pandemic, evidenced from the increasing sales, which uphold The Coffee Club’s image as a brand dedicated to offering excellent service to all customers.
The MAT Award 2023 campaign competition is organized by the Marketing Association of Thailand (MAT) to promote and honor the work of talented Thai marketers. The competition aims to inspire and support Thai marketers to reach the international level. This year, 81 works from 42 organizations nationwide were submitted to the competition.
