This culinary event offers an entertaining lineup of kids’ activities, such as balloon twisting and face painting. Younger guests can also partake in festive Easter activities such as egg hunting, painting Easter eggs, and exploring the coloring corner.
To pay tribute to the spirit of Easter, the Sunday feast includes a selection of classic egg dishes such as Caprese Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce, Classic Deviled Eggs, Kaizen Don (salmon egg and shrimp egg), and Frittata (oven egg baked).
The buffet experience at VIU also have premium dishes including all-you-can-eat servings of Australian Prime Rib, Leg of Lamb, and Whole French Baked Chicken from the carving station.
