As part of the celebrations, guests can immerse in the timeless luxury of The St. Regis Bangkok with an Iconic Celebrations room offer inclusive of themed afternoon tea for two with Siam Mary cocktails, the reimagined version of the classic Bloody Mary, originally created at The St. Regis New York’s King Cole Bar in 1934.
Guests who book the Iconic Celebrations room package also receive complimentary hotel credit redeemable for culinary and spa indulgences at the hotel including unique sharing experiences at Michelin-starred IGNIV Bangkok and treatments at the Clinique La Prairie Aesthetics & Medical Spa, plus additional Marriott Bonvoy bonus points for stays within April 2022.
On Sunday, 3rd April 2022, a Birthday Brunch sees the Sunday feast enhanced with highlight dishes including Avruga Caviar and Blinis; Terrine de Foie Gras au Cognac; Truffle Pasta in Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Wheel, and Baked Whole Red Snapper served with Champagne Butter Sauce. All diners also stand the chance to win a lucky draw prize, which includes a one-night stay in a Grand Deluxe room with breakfast, EPIC dinner buffet for 2 persons, and afternoon tea for 2 persons.
Guests who wish to celebrate the hotel’s anniversary can also indulge in the Iconic Celebrations afternoon tea, available at The St. Regis Bar overlooking the lush greens of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club from 16th April – 31st May 2022. The festive spread features highlights including Yellow Fin Tuna Tataki; Parma Ham with Cheese Mousse and Fresh Figs; Blinis and Norwegian Smoked Salmon with Caviar; and Champagne Jelly & Peach Soup.
The hotel’s mixologists have also prepared limited time cocktails in honor of the 11th anniversary, including Evening Celebrate, a whiskey-based drink topped with sparkling wine; Middle Sour, a vodka-based citrus drink with hints of elderflower; and a sparkling Gin Basil. All three cocktails can be enjoyed at The St. Regis Bar and The Drawing Room.
Over April and May, guests can also enjoy a festive twist on The St. Regis signature New York cheesecake – the Banana Flambé Cheesecake, available daily at The Lounge located on the ground floor of the hotel. Here, guests can enjoy a selection of premium coffee and tea along with the handcrafted cake.
