The St. Regis Bangkok offers more reason to look forward to the weekend with a revamped EPIC Dinner Buffet now featuring a brimming Welcome Seafood Tower for every table. Served every week at VIU Restaurant, the all-you-can-eat dinner also offers a choice of unlimited a la carte dishes prepared to order, and served directly to the table.
The seafood tower on ice is presented with New Zealand mussels, river prawns, fresh Fine de Claire oysters, shrimp cocktail, assorted sushi and sashimi. Each diner will also receive one whole lobster per person, served as grilled lobster thermidor; grilled lobster served with fresh lemon; or truffle mushroom risotto served with grilled lobster.
Guests also have a choice of more fresh seafood on ice, as well as from the a la carte menu, such as seared scallop with roasted vegetables and butter sauce; and steamed salmon with soy and ginger sauce.
Superb meat dishes from the a la carte menu include seared foie gras with balsamic reduction; grilled beef striploin with roasted vegetables and red wine jus; grilled lamb rack with lamb jus; and grilled pork chop with spicy sauce.
Also on offer is an exceptional selection of cold cuts and cheese including fresh melon and parma ham; and 24 month Jamón Ibérico with Manchego cheese. At the carving station, rotating weekly highlights include crispy pork knuckle served with condiments and a side of Caesar salad.
The EPIC Dinner Buffet is completed with desserts from the hotel’s award-winning Executive Pastry Chef, Chef Annupong (Aey) Nualchawee, including homemade ice cream, cheese cake, and tiramisu.
