Leading the way among Centara Hotels & Resorts was another multiple-award winner – Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin – which was named Winner of Guest Satisfaction Achievement in the latest General Manager’s Conference 2019.
The 2019 General Manager’s Conference of Centara Hotels & Resorts, recently held at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort, once again saw Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin receive multiple commendations of great pride, including the coveted title of Winner of Guest Satisfaction Achievement.
The iconic beach resort likewise led the way in Thailand with two additional awards of excellence for 2019: the property’s second recognition as Centara’s Winner of Guest Questionaire Target and the prestigious recognition Manager of The Year which was conferred for 2019 to Ms. Duenphen Pengkasem, Director of Quality Assurance, who has achieved results of excellence in managing guest satisfaction at the hotel.
