At STYLE Bangkok October 2019, ASEAN’s largest lifestyle trade show, visitors are guaranteed a one-of-a-kind experience in browsing for an endless array of lifestyle items. The fair aims to be the international platform not only for design and lifestyle products but also an inspiration for art lovers to be amazed at the 252 SQM. Space of Art Zone exhibition, runs until 21 October.
The Art Zone is a fair-ground art gallery that features more than 50 exquisite masterpieces – from canvas work, acrylic on paper, sculptures, pen drawings and porcelain. The zone also displays special art collections of some of the most celebrated Thai artists namely Ong-arj Loeamornpagsin, Aniroot Chandenduang, Sarawut Yasamut, Preecha Raksorn, Teerawat Nutcharoenpol and Putsadee Sriamphunpluk.
Apart from these renowned artists, the zone also features the works of talented junior artists whom are the apprentices of Thailand’s National Artist of Visual Art (painting) Ajarn Chalermchai Kositpipat – Phupha Rapeepat Chiramitrmongkol, Painfah Chanchutiwanich, Armani Wachirawich Samart, and Kamo Nattapol Komlarnchun.
The Art Zone is designed to showcase the beauty and delicacy of Thai arts reflecting on the works of senior and junior artists. The zone also aims to emphasize the importance of art as a part of lifestyle. Arts is the treasure chest giving inspiration and creativity for younger generations, aspiring artists as well as the public.
