The journey will allow you to choose your own adventure. Start at the top, right at the bottom, or simply anywhere in between. Get your passport stamped at each venue in the hotel, with 6 drinks to be used across 4 outlets and 2 spare drinks to top up at your chosen venue. Snacks will come in small bites.
Here’s what awaits you at each of our venues. Buckle up and pace yourselves, it’s going to be a wild ride:
Mott 32 Bar and Terrace: Any signature cocktail, plus one serving of delicious snack, crispy fried squid and baby corn. Our recommendation? Order the signature Hong Kong Iced Tea, with tequila, Cassis and Jasmine.
The Parlor (Indoors & Outdoors): Any signature cocktail plus one yummy bite, crab on crunchy rice cake. Our recommendation? Pick the Rhythm! Sweet and sour with gin, yuzu and tropical fruits.
Double Standard (Indoors & Outdoors): Any draught craft beer or wine by the glass and an American snack, sticky wings. Our recommendation? Literally any of our craft beers.
Ojo Bar and Terrace: Any signature cocktail or a glass of sommelier selected wines and a Mexican snack, Tuna tostada. Our recommendation? A glass of the Posca Allende, with Mezcal, Lillet Blanc and Guava.
