Our expert chefs have curated a menu that includes delicacies such as Salmon Tartare, Sushi and Sashimi selections, Citrus Marinated Salmon, and a refreshing Poached Salmon Salad with tomatoes and olives. For those who enjoy a touch of creativity, our Smoked Salmon Devilled Eggs and Crispy Salmon Flake Salad with a spicy dressing will tantalise the taste buds. The Grilled Salmon Belly with Thai-style sauce and the Spicy Salmon Salad with fresh herbs are also not to be missed.

Diners who appreciate rich flavours will enjoy Stir-Fried Salmon with holy basil, chilli, and fried egg, alongside the robust Salmon Head Curry. The buffet is priced at THB 1,590++ per adult, inclusive of unlimited Sauvignon Blanc and soft drinks. Children between the ages of 6 and 11 are welcomed at THB 795++ per child.
