“The King of Truffles” the most delicate white alba truffle is presented this month at Red Sky restaurant Chef Christian Ham’s ultimate rooftop tasting menu has just been updated to celebrate some of the world’s finest in-season produce. For November, the focus is on the earthy yet undeniably luxurious flavour of the White Alba Truffle. This rare ingredient adds a new taste dimension to pasta, rice and meat dishes!
