Yum Cha” Afternoon Delight with Dim Sum & Chinese Tea At Yào Restaurant

While other places, the best Afternoon Tea consist of scones, sandwiches and freshly baked pastry, here at Yào Restaurant we do it with dim sum and Chinese tea.

Recently added to our menu, our Chinese Head Chef Bruce Hui brings to life ‘Yum Cha’ an afternoon enjoyment with Chinese Tea. The unique experience features a selection of homemade Dim Sum, accompanied by a hot pot of tea to uplift the spirit and senses for a relaxing afternoon.

The ‘Yum Cha’ set features savory items, such as Abalone in golden soup, Shrimp Shu Mai, Xiao Long Bao, Deep-fried cheese dumpling with crab, Pan-fried fish dumpling with green chives, Pan-fried turnip cake with XO sauce, and some classic dishes along with delicious desserts such as Custard puff pastry and Sago with coconut milk served with cantaloupe.  Offered along is a stunning view of Bangkok and Chao Praya River.

Embracing the rich history of Chinese tea culture and indulging guests with a fine modern Chinese cuisine, Yào Restaurant is hosting a unique ‘Yum Cha’ experience every Saturday and Sunday, from 3.00 pm – 5.00 pm. Available at THB 1,888++ per set for 1 person.
