This mid-March, The World restaurant is holding an 11-day Greek-themed buffet, paying homage to a country renowned for a cuisine that combines Mediterranean cooking techniques with only the freshest ingredients like vegetables, grains, olive oil, fish, wine, and meat.
Alongside our regular buffet stations, you can expect servings of authentic Greek dishes, with everything from light salads, appetizers, fresh seafood, vegetarian dishes and meat-based main courses.
Running from 14 – 24 March 2019, some of the highlights to look out for here on the 24th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld include Lamb with lettuce in avgolemono sauce; Zucchini croquettes with feta cheese; Lamb rack with herbs Grouper; and Oven-baked Pork “ladorigani”.
