AEON Thailand Enhances Air Quality at Chiang Mai Hospital

Mr. Katsushi Iwamoto (left), Managing Director of ACS Servicing (Thailand) Company Limited, on behalf of AEON Thailand Foundation donated 20 air purifiers worth 508,000 baht to Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital in Chiang Mai province to improve hospital’s environment and air quality for medical staff and visitors. The donation was received by Assist. Prof. Narain Chotirosniramit (right), Director of Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital. AEON Thailand Foundation recognises the importance of improving and providing medical necessities for infirmaries and healthcare units which include helping reduce air pollution from PM 2.5 dust and wildfire. Air pollution is a major environmental health and living problem affecting people, including in Chiang Mai. The foundation has also continuously donated air purifiers to reduce the risk of air pollution for medical and public health agencies across the country with the aim to realise a better quality of living and healthcare services for Thai people.
