Ms. Suriporn Thammawatid (third from left), Director of AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited representative of AEON Thailand Foundation led the management team and volunteers in the reforestation program, including tree planting, mangrove trees cultivating, and releasing seabass back to the nature at the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park, Phetchaburi Province. On this occasion, the foundation donated 300,000 baht to support the park’s operations. The donation was received by Police Lieutenant General Praphan Chan-aem (third from right), Director of the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park and the Energy for Environment Center. The 9th reforestation program is a part of the foundation’s mission in patronaging the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park Foundation’s projects which have been consecutively engaging since 2015.
AEON Thailand Foundation has created a nature trail and planted trees to restore the forest as a learning centre for locals. The reforestation is in line with the foundation’s commitment to forest preservation.
