Having been greeted with a welcome mimosa (cocktail or mocktail) and presented with home-baked sourdough, guests can kickstart their weekend feast with an extensive selection of Appetizers, including an Antipasti Corner featuring assorted cold cuts, cheeses and condiments, plus a live station of hand-sliced 24-month aged Iberico ham. A Green Bar will feature crisp salads including a classic Caesar in a Parmigiano wheel, and diners can also savor spicy Thai salads and classic Scandinavian salmon gravlax.
Seafood lovers will be treated to an amazing array of marine delicacies at the Fisherman’s Corner, such as freshly-shucked oysters, prawns, scallops, sand lobster, blue crab and clams with plenty of condiments, and a Live BBQ Station will showcase premium seafood from the Gulf of Thailand, including fish wrapped in banana leaves, squid, prawns and sand lobster, alongside the prime international meats such as Australian steaks, New Zealand lamb chops, piri piri pork ribs, Italian sausages and marinated chicken, all enhanced with sides and sauces.
Throughout the day, chefs will be moving around the Village Square and visiting guests’ tables to Pass Around hot smoked Scottish salmon and mini butcher’s burgers, and every diner will be treated to one delectable À La Carte dish: luxurious Boston lobster benedict or silky-smooth French foie gras. The ultimate brunch dish, organic eggs benedict, is available throughout the morning, and a choice of authentic Italian and Thai dishes can be cooked to-order.
Of course, every Sunday brunch should end on a sweet note and diners with a Sweet Tooth can indulge in an array of Thai and international desserts, such as mango tiramisu, coconut crème brûlée, chocolate éclairs and tropical fruits, and chefs will also visit each table to serve Sunday sundaes.
