The British Council Thailand, an international organization for cultural relations and educational opportunities, is supporting ‘Women in STEM’ scholarships for the fourth year, continuing its promotion of educational opportunities and the role of women in STEM.This year, the Women in STEM scholarship was launched under the ASEAN-UK SAGE project, to provide opportunities for women from all 10 ASEAN member countries: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Timor-Leste who are interested in studying in the UK at the master’s level in subject areas related to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The scholarship will cover tuition, accommodation, food, travel, visa, and health insurance. Eligible applicants in Thailand must apply directly to the universities of their interest by each university deadline in April 2024.
