Validating this boom, the Thai Ministry of Tourism and Sports recorded nearly 12 million international tourist footfalls since the start of 2023. Interestingly, the lion’s share of these tourists heralded from China, accounting for over 1.3 million visitors.
Earlier renditions of MarketHub, notably in Amsterdam and Cancun, set the stage for what’s to come. Garnering accolades for fostering collaboration and highlighting the resilient nature of the travel sector, the Bangkok edition aims to take it a notch higher.
