Bangkok residents looking to recreate the spectacle of the world-famous teppanyaki tricks and enjoy delicious Japanese cuisine at home can now do so with the launch of a new catering service from Benihana restaurant at Anantara Riverside Resort.
With immediate effect, customers can choose from three set menus featuring everything from signature rolls to premium teppanyaki mains, with an option to add sake, wine and cocktail packages, while leaving the culinary fireworks and flair to Benihana’s dazzling chefs.
The three set menus – Aoki’s Dream, Samurai’s Honour and Dear Clementine – feature a range of mouth-watering hibachi dishes cooked with a side of Benihana’s signature theatrics, such as Kuroge Japanese rib eye A4, Phuket lobster glazed with lemon butter cream sauce, Atlantic snow fish, French foie gras with Benihana nori sauce, and more. Each menu also includes a traditional Japanese dessert.
Prices for the off-site Japanese-style dining experience start with THB 4,300++ per person, including a team of personal chefs cooking grilled meat, seafood and vegetables on a portable iron griddle at the client’s venue of choice, and a catering team.
