Capri by Fraser Launches in Phnom Penh & Beyond in Indochina

Capri by Fraser, City Centre Phnom PenhFrasers Hospitality, a member of Frasers Property Group, has opened its first Capri by Fraser property in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with two more properties set to launch in the kingdom in the coming years. The launch is part of Frasers Hospitality’s broader expansion across Indochina and Southeast Asia, with six more new properties planned for Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

The newly opened Capri by Fraser, Phnom Penh, offers 88 studio and one-bedroom serviced apartments, designed with the signature art and technology-led interiors and lively social spaces of the Capri by Fraser brand. The property features a range of amenities, including The Den social hub, a state-of-the-art 24/7 gym, a self-service launderette, and a rooftop bar with unblocked views of the bustling city centre.

Set to open in 2025, Capri by Fraser, City Centre Phnom Penh, offers 78 stylish rooms in the heart of the business district, just a two-minute walk from the famous Central Market. Meanwhile, Fraser Residence Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, opening in 2026, will provide 200 units of serviced apartment living in an integrated development with a retail mall, medical centre, and office tower.

Frasers Hospitality’s entry into Cambodia widens the group’s established presence in Indochina following the December 2021 opening of Fraser Residence Hanoi in Vietnam. The group is also set to launch new developments in Singapore, Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, and Bangkok, with the upcoming Fraser Residence Promenade Singapore, Capri by Fraser, Penang, Fraser Residence Putrajaya, Fraser Suites Kebon Melati, Capri by Fraser Karet Kuningan, and a second Fraser Suites in Bangkok.

With its focus on catering to the lifestyle demands of tech-savvy millennials and Gen Z digital nomads, Frasers Hospitality’s expansion across Indochina and Southeast Asia is poised to tap into the increased demand for long-stay accommodation across different market segments, including mid- and upper-level corporate executives and their families.

As Frasers Hospitality celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2023, the award-winning hospitality operator is expected to add more keys in Southeast Asia as part of its continued growth trajectory.
